20th April 2026

We are delighted that you have been offered a place by the Local Authority for your child to start at Crawley Ridge Infant School, commencing September 2026. We would like to extend a warm welcome to you as you join our school family. Please follow the instructions in your offer letter from the Local Authority to formally accept (or decline) your place with the Local Authority by 30th April. The Local Authority is holding a waiting list for the September intake, and we would greatly appreciate immediate notice if your child’s place is not required.

In order that we may start planning to welcome your child in September, please complete the Microsoft Form that was emailed to you today, 20th April.

Following your acceptance of your child’s place, you will receive a Registration Form (via Microsoft Forms) to complete and return to the school.

Dates for your diaries:

(you will be able to confirm your attendance to these in the form).

  • Tuesday 30th June from 09:40 - 11.00 > Stay and Play sessions. Come into school with your child to explore the reception learning environment. This is a great opportunity for children to meet the staff and make some friends. Parents will remain onsite at all times.

  • Wednesday 1st July 18:00 – 19:00 > Parents meeting. An opportunity for parents to meet the Headteacher and Reception staff. Learn about the school and what reception entails. Parents only.

To ensure the best possible start and smoothest transition for your child, we strongly recommend attending all three sessions above.

We are here to help and support you and your child during this incredibly exciting new adventure. If you need any further information or clarification, please do not hesitate to contact the office via our email address or telephone number.
