Book of the week

We are having great fun exploring different books in our Key Stage 1 Book Club this term and one of the books that we looked at recently was the wonderful Flotsam by David Wiesner. This is a wordless picture book unlike any other! A boy discovers an old-fashioned camera washed up on the seashore and when he gets the pictures developed, they reveal a magical underwater world depicted by some breath-taking illustrations. It is a truly magical book which unlocks the imagination.
